La Paz

After 19 days and about 250 miles we have arrived in La Paz, Mexico today (January 5th, 2012). We sailed from San Carlos across to San Juanico and then followed the Baja coastline south. We have good weather here, 80 degrees Fahrenheit for a high and 50 for a low.
Picture from Isla San Francisco (Sea Biscuit is on the left)

More details and pictures coming soon.

  1. Happy Birthday Bro!!!! Can't imagine a better place or family to spend it with!!!!
My lack of tech savey, this is my 5th attempt to send this!!!!I really hope you receive one of them. The boat looks very peaceful in the bay...hope you all are too! So what is the next plan? How is the boat holding with all of your work? How are all of you holding after all of your work pre adventure.Think of you 3 daily! Happy New Year!!!! Love and thoughts,
    Pam

  2. I actually think this is the message system that is working...so I have to ask a few more questions! Thanks for the pics...haven't heard much since the 16th of Dec. How is it to sail a boat that size? What are you seeing along the way? How is the weather? Are the sunrises and sunsets spectacular? What does Kyle think about the adventure so far? And Kristina's thoughts on this adventure? Again, "Happy Sails to You!" I used to end my correspondence with a "from Pam and crew"...but I believe you now need to claim that as your letter closing...thinking of you 3 daily, Pagosa Miller Family
